As the title says the wireless switch on my TX2 doesn't respond if I slide it to the right while notebook is in tablet mode. In laptop mode it responds as it is supposed to. Anyone else made the same experience with it?

At least it's not a big problem for me but I think the switch should work in tablet mode also.

Travis, have you checked to see if you have the latest BIOS? I seem to remember this as an issue with an earlier BIOS although I may be wrong.

Thanks to your reply Dave. I thought the BIOS version F.12 was released because of keyboard problems. Whatever the reason for this release was, I've flashed to this version short after it's release. So I think the BIOS isn't the bad boy here. But now that you said newest version, updating the wireless driver immediately came to my mind. Maybe this will solve my problem. I'll check for this later on that day and post if this fixed it or not.

Same problem here. I have a Tx2 1224ca. The wireless switch does not operate in tablet mode. Tried to install and reinstall newest drivers, didn't work (both under Vista and Windows 7).

it's a "feature", i.e., 'by design'. you can still turn on/off wifi and/or bluetooth in software from within windows.
