OK, I like to troubleshoot, but as waverider so eloquently pointed out, I can't type.  I'll be the first to admit I can't.  Sometimes I also can't articulate exactly what I want to "say" as I type it and for some people, it may be frustrating waiting for a reply when their computer is having problems.

So, my idea is...since we all have webcams (most of which are working), how about a "chat session" via webcam to help with support.  I can't be available all the time due to school, work and time zones but, I'm willing to put my IM address in my sig line for people to buzz me if they need help or want to chat.  Of course, I'll still post the troubleshooting results here but sometimes just a conversation can solve things better than trying to type them out.

I keep my IM "online" when I'm not working or studying so it really won't be much of a problem for me.

Just an idea.  What y'all think?  Anyone else that helps out is welcome to participate too.
