I sometimes feel your frustration but I have learned to just let people vent. By nature of the internet and public forums, people find them to vent their frustrations. For the most part, those discussions usually peter out.
GTG made a good suggestion to visit the HP support forums but as with any public forum, you'll probably find some griping there too.
To make the most of these discussion and support forums try asking your question in the specific forum category such as harware, software, networking etc. Make the question/title specific. Some people post "HELP!"....I tend to look at those last . The more specific the question, the more likely it is to be picked up by someone who may be able to help you. (I'm answering this as a general statement to everyone). Myself and others do our best to help out as much as we can as often as we can. I usually come here every day to try to help. GeekTieGuy, waverider and several others are really a big help and do a great job of contributing their knowlege.
I can also mark posts as "Answered" and try to do that often. It helps a lot especially when the answer may be burried in a long post.
