We are having a lot of problems with our touchsmart - we think a family member who was staying with us downloaded a virus. Our entire desktop is frozen. We can't download or install any new programs, can't go into the control panel at all except in safe mode. We did a system restore and back to before it started having problems (by over a month) and it is still having the problems. We want to just reload windows as we have always done on our other machines - but we do not have any of the disks it came with when we purchased it (we moved and they got lost). So how do we go about doing this? With the information on the back of the computer is there anyway to do this through HP's website? Also do we just go download the drivers for the touchscreen function?
